Can I sell physical products or replace my Shopify store with Votel?

Votel can sell physical products. It does not have automatic printing of shipping labels or postage integrations, so some businesses that ship products use a tool like Shopify for that part.

Funnels work well for selling a small number of products, about 5 to 10 or fewer, for example one product you market with Facebook ads. For a traditional store with a cart and around 100 products or more, Shopify is a better fit, and Votel works alongside it rather than replacing it. You can build a custom app as a store, but it is a lot of work to replace what Shopify is built for.

Votel still helps a store with its marketing tools, workflows, email and SMS campaigns, and AI agents that answer support calls and website chat. An AI agent, chat widget or phone number does not depend on how orders are processed.
